4 cloves Garlic - minced
3 tablespoons Butter
Salt - to taste
2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup - or tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper - or red chilli powder (adjust according to your taste)
