2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped (or a teaspoon if garlic powder)

Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
5 - 6 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
6 cloves Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

To begin making the Whole Wheat bulb greens Kulcha procedure, we will first prepare the flour base and set it for rising.To prepare the flour base for Kulcha, sift ground mix with seasoning in a large dish.

If you are not using any food processor then make sure to fine chop all the four components. Once the flour base gets doubled in size bring it out and ounch it with your fingers to release the trapped air. To make kulchas, mildly hot iron skillet over medium mildly hot, pinch out a small portion from the flour base and shape it into a round.

Roll out the ball into a circle of approx 2 inch diameter.

Spoon a tablespoon of filling into the center.

Bring the corners of the flour base to the centre to seal the Kulcha flour base. Once again gently flatten the ball with light pressure of your palm.

Dust lightly on ground mix and roll it out into a circle without putting too much pressure on the kulcha else filling will ooze out from the sides. Transfer the rolled out Kulcha flour base to the fiery skillet.
