filter the remaining liquid and transfer the pumpkin into a container. mildly hot a skillet with fat on medium flame, mix in the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, shallot seeds and cumin seeds, allow them to sizzle. mix in a pinch of asafoetida, then mix in the ginger, garlic and green chilli and saute for few seconds shower some table salt, and mix in the other masalas- red chilli dusting seasoning, amchur dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning and garam masala. mix in in only the masala/broth from the Punjabi pickle. Finally mix in in the cooked pumpkin cubes, coriander leaves and give Achari Kaddu Ki Sabzi a good swirl around. enjoy the Achari Kaddu Ki Sabzi directions along with Phulka and Dal Banjara directions - Langar Wali Dal by the side to enjoy your lunch meal.
