Ingredients

  • 450g Raw King Prawns
  • 75 ml Lime juice
  • 3 cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 4 Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 chopped Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 3 chopped Plum Tomatoes
  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbs chopped Coriander
  • To serve Rice

Instructions

step 1 Place the prawns in a dish with 2 tbsp of the lime liquid, 1 tsp of table salt and 1 tbsp of the diced garlic.
