Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
  • 1/2 cup Dry Corn Kernals - steamed
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - or dried fenugreek leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for brushing

Instructions

To begin making the Baked Paneer Corn Kebab method, pulse the corn kernels in a mixer grinder and make a coarse crumble.
