Ingredients
1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
3 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Red Chilli powder - as per taste
Salt - to taste
1/4 cup Butter
Sunflower Oil - as required
Water - as required
Instructions

To begin making the Curd Jantikalu formula, take a dish and transfer in rice ground mix and all purpose ground mix in a dish.transfer in red chilli ground mix, sesame seeds, carom seeds and seasoning.

combine everything together.transfer in melted dairy spread and combine all dehydrated fixings together.Now take 3/4 cup of curd and transfer in it gradually and combine.

At last transfer in little liquid if needed and make a soft pastry mix.Take janthikalu press (sevai maker machine) and oil it with fat.

Use disc with large holes.Now take the pastry mix and fill 3/4 of janthikalu and press it to get the desired shape.Meanwhile, bring to temperature fat in a heavy bottomed cooking vessel.

Once the fat is fiery, shallow fry jantikalu until they turn brown in colour.

Store them in an airtight container.dish up Curd Jantikalu along with fiery Masala chai and Linzer cookies for your tea time break.
