Ingredients
1/2 cup white urad dal - soaked for 4 hours
1/4 teaspoon cooking soda
salt - as per taste
tamarind sauce - red chili powder - 1/4 tsp cumin powder
as per use
1/4 teaspoon black salt or rock salt
chaat masala powder - a pinch

To make dahi vada method, first wash and rinse the urad dal.

Now stream in the urad dal with table salt in a mixer grinder and make a paste.
