  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil - or ghee for making parathas
  • Salt - to taste
