Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 Fresh Red Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic - grated or minced
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 100 grams Chicken breasts - cut into small pieces
  • 4 Shallots - chopped
  • 10 Button mushrooms - quartered
  • 1/2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - minced
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) - peeled and minced
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 4 sprig Spring Onion Greens - chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
