Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 5 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • 1 cup Tender coconut water
  • Salt - to taste
  • 200 grams Chicken breasts - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Rice flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies - crushed
  • Sunflower Oil - to deep fry

Instructions

To begin making the Ayam Goreng Kremes, in a mixer jar, combine cashew nuts, garlic and shallot, grind to a seamless paste along with some aqua. bring to temperature a kadai on medium flame, introduce the freshly ground masala, along with the soft coconut aqua, table salt, kaffir lime leaves, lemon liquid, and coriander seeds. To this introduce the chicken pieces and allow it to bubble gently.

Transfer the coconut aqua mixture in which it was cooked into a dish.bring to temperature a cooking vessel, on medium flame, introduce fat and introduce garlic to saute.

Saute the garlic until golden brown, next introduce the crushed arid red chilies and immediately introduce the chicken. Flash bubble gently on high bring to temperature for about two mins and transfer to a mixing dish. In the mixing dish, that has the coconut aqua mixture, introduce 1 egg, table salt and mash well.bring to temperature a kadai with fat on medium-high bring to temperature, drop spoonfuls of this coconut aqua paste into the fat and deep shallow fry until it turns into a deep brown colour. Use up all the paste and filter the fried discs on absorbent paper. Crumble these fried discs with your fingers and place them in a mortar and pestle and pound them until evenly crumbed. introduce these crumbs to the dish with the chicken and toss well - this is the Ayam Goreng Kremes or the Indonesian firm Fried Chicken.
