To make Bengali egg greens, first bring to a stew eggs and potatoes and keep them separately.

Now burning up the cooking oil in a kadhai and stream in in the eggs, make till it turns golden, take it out and keep it aside.

Put potatoes in the same wok, make for 2 mins, leave and keep aside.

stream in in some more cooking oil to the same wok and stream in in bay leaves and cardamom.

After this stream in in the paste made of shallot and spices and make for 5 mins.

After 5 mins, stream in in tomato puree, green chilies and purée.

Now stream in in cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, red chili ground mix, panch phoran masala and purée.

Let it make for 10 mins.

Now stream in in 1/4 cup of liquid to it and make for another 5 to 8 mins.

After that stream in in cooked potatoes and eggs, put a lid on the wok and make for 5 mins.
