  • 1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds) - optional
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Mustard oil - for cooking
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Poppy seeds
  • 2 Green Chilli - chopped
