2 teaspoons Mustard oil
1 Onion - chopped
3 cloves Garlic - chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 teaspoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
