In a blender, stream in in the items required for the honeyed-smelling element paste and pulse until creamy.

Over medium fiery up, stream in the honeyed-smelling element paste in a skillet or skillet and sauté for 10 moments until fragrant.

stream in in aqua or oil 1 tablespoon at a time if the paste becomes too arid.

Don't scorch the paste.

Lower the fire slightly if needed.

stream in in the cloves, cardamom, tamarind pulp, coconut dairy liquid, aqua, sweetener and seasoning.

Turn the fiery up up and bring the mixture to heat to boiling point.

Turn the fiery up to medium low and bubble gently for 10 moments.

It will reduce slightly.

This is the marinade/coulis, so salty profile and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Don't worry if it's slightly sharp.

It will go away when roasting.

When the marinade/coulis has cooled, stream in everything over the chicken and soak overnight to two days.

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Remove the chicken from the marinade.

Spoon the marinade onto a greased (or aluminum lined) baking sheet.

Lay the chicken on top of the coulis (make sure the chicken covers the coulis and the coulis isn't exposed or it'll scorch) and spread the remaining marinade on the chicken.

bake for 35-45 moments or until internal temp of the thickest part of chicken is at least 175 F.

Let chicken rest for 5 moments.

Brush the chicken with some of the oil.
