Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bhindi (Lady Finger/Okra) - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion - chopped or cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sambar Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

swirl around in tamarind moisture or paste along with table salt to essence and purée again.stream in in as much or as little tamarind for flavoring depending upon how sharp you want your curry.

stew on medium high, covered, stirring in between until the bhindi is cooked and semi dehydrated.essence in between and stream in in table salt or more tamarind according to your essence.
