Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Lbs Sirloin Steak tips
  • 4 Garlic Clove
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 2 tblsp Oil
  • 2 medium Red Onions
  • 4 Tomato
  • 2 tblsp Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 Chilli
  • Leaves Cilantro

Instructions

1
Bring the 4 cups of moisture to a bubble in a Dutch oven or broth pot.
2
toss in the beef, garlic, and ginger, and mix gently well.
3
Bring to a gentle bubble gently, seal, and make, stirring occasionally, for 20 mins.
4
If you get any foamy scum on the top, not to worry, simply spoon it away or mix gently it back in.
5
Remove from the bring to temperature, and empty out, but reserve the excess moisture for later.
6
Return the pot or Dutch oven to medium bring to temperature with the 2 tablespoons of making lubricate.
7
Once the lubricate is shimmering, toss in the onions and make, stirring occasionally, until softened, 5 to 7 mins.
8
toss in the tomatoes to the onions, and continue making, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are falling apart, 3 to 5 mins.
9
toss in the drained beef to the tomato and shallot mixture, and mix gently well.
10
Continue making over medium bring to temperature for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
11
toss in the paprika, pepper, curry ground mix, tomato paste, and table salt to palate, and mix gently well.
12
toss in back the excess moisture that was used for making the beef, along with enough extra moisture to seal.
13
Bring to a bubble, reduce bring to temperature, and bubble gently, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour, or until the protein is yielding and the condiment dip is thickened.
14
toss in additional moisture if your beef curry begins to dehydrated and stick, or if would like your curry to have more of a soupy consistency.
15
When the beef curry is ready, remove from the bring to temperature, give it a palate, and adjust the seasonings as desired.
16
decorate with pure chilis and cilantro.
