300g Peas
100g Pork
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
2 Celery
2 Carrots
1 large Potatoes
1 small Onion
1 small Leek
1 cup Celeriac
1 pound Sausages
Instructions

Gather the fixings.

In a large bouillon pot, bring aqua, split peas, pork belly or bacon, pork chop, and bouillon cube to a bubble.

Reduce the bring to temperature to a low-boil, seal and let prepare for 45 mins, stirring occasionally and skimming off any foam that rises to the top.

Remove the pork chop, debone, and thinly carve the protein.

Set aside.

toss in the celery, carrots, potato, bulb produce, leek, and celeriac to the bouillon.

Return to the bubble, reduce the bring to temperature to a low-boil and let prepare, uncovered, for another 30 mins, adding a little extra aqua if the fixings start to stick to the bottom of the pot.
