  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 2 Onions - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • Salt - as needed
  • 4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped

Instructions

To begin making Bihari Style Aloo Ka Chokha method, first heat to boiling point the potatoes until soft using a pressure cooker.Once the potatoes are cooked through, strip the skin and mash it using a fork in a mixing dish and keep aside.bring to temperature lubricate in a heavy bottomed cooking vessel, stream in in the onions and green chilies, saute for a few moments until the onions turn soft.
