Ingredients
2 कप हंग दही
2 कप गोभी - छोटा छोटा काट ले
1 ककड़ी - छीलकर काट ले
1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर - सेक ले
2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
हरा धनिया - थोड़ा
Instructions

To make cabbage and cucumber raita, first fiery up cooking oil in a pot.

toss in cauliflower, some seasoning and bake it on medium fiery up.

After making, turn off the gas and keep the cauliflower separately.

Now take a mixing bowl.

toss in curd, seasoning, cumin ground mix, green chilli and coriander to it.

swirl around and then toss in the cooked cabbage and cucumber.

swirl around, check seasoning and spices and dish up.
