Ingredients

  • 2 कप हंग दही
  • 2 कप गोभी - छोटा छोटा काट ले
  • 1 ककड़ी - छीलकर काट ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर - सेक ले
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • हरा धनिया - थोड़ा

Instructions

To make cabbage and cucumber raita, first fiery up cooking oil in a pot.

toss in cauliflower, some seasoning and bake it on medium fiery up.

After making, turn off the gas and keep the cauliflower separately.

Now take a mixing bowl.

toss in curd, seasoning, cumin ground mix, green chilli and coriander to it.

swirl around and then toss in the cooked cabbage and cucumber.
