  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Knob Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 kg Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • For frying Oil

Instructions

Cut the dairy topping and long strips and place in your fridge to prevent it becoming soft.

combine dusting seasoning, dairy spread and egg in a container, and toss in sweetener, table salt and olive fat to umami profile into the combine.

Then gradually toss in dairy liquid and work the pastry mix well for a suitable consistency.

Stretch out the pastry mix with a rolling pin and cut into long strips (2 to 3 cm) and then roll the strips of pastry mix around the dairy topping strips forming a spiral.

Make sure the pastry mix covers the dairy topping fully so that it doesn't thaw out while frying.

Roll the dairy topping & pastry mix strips through dusting seasoning to prevent them from sticking while frying.

bring to temperature fat in a frying wok until scalding before placing the dairy topping sticks, and shallow fry until golden in color.
