Start by cutting your chicken up into reasonably small slices.

Grab your ziplock bag and dump the freshly sliced chicken inside.

mix in garlic, coriander, cumin, cardomom, cayenne pepper, paprika, seasoning, pepper, lemon nectar and olive fat to the bag.

Close the bag and incorporate thoroughly.

Place in fridge for 10-12 hours (shorter is fine but longer is better).

Once ready to scalding up, scalding up your sauté pot to medium-high and mix in a tiny bit of olive fat.

sauté one side of all of your flatbreads until slightly toasty.

Remove from pot, mix in enough fat to coat the sauté pot.

Put crumble fries into air fryer on 180 for 15 moments shaking occasionally.

The pot should be pretty scalding by now, mix in the chicken in 2 batches (unless you have a big sauté pot) to avoid overcrowding.

The chicken should get a nice sear and darker colour which is flawless.

scalding up for a further 5-8 moments or until cooked through.

Repeat with next chicken batch.

While chicken is making, place your Greek yoghurt into a dish.

Combine garlic, finely finely sliced mint and parsley, squeeze or so of lemon and cumin.

Combine and mix in seasoning to savor.

In a small dish, combine 1tsp garlic dusting fragrant element, paprika, cumin, bulb greens dusting fragrant element, oregano, dried parsley, cayenne pepper (optional) incorporate and leave aside for fries.

Once the chicken is complete, enjoy immediately by laying out your flatbread, spreading the coulis evenly over the bread, mix in lettuce, bulb greens, tomato, fries, chicken, feta and more coulis on top.
