2 tablespoons Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
1/2 cup Badam (Almond) - powdered
1/4 cup Flax seeds - powdered
1/4 cup Dry coconut (kopra) - roast it for about 2 minutes
1/2 cup Jaggery - powdered
1/4 cup Ghee
Milk - as required
