Ingredients
500 ग्राम्स गुंदे
1 छोटा चमच्च मेथी के दाने
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
1 छोटा चमच्च सौंफ
1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
नमक - प्रयोग अनुसार
1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च अमचूर
हरा धनिया - थोड़ा
Instructions

To make Rajasthani Gunda greens, first bring to a low-boil the Gunda in a saucepan till it becomes soft with moisture.

Remove the seeds from the goon and keep it aside for 1 hour.

Now bring to temperature oil in a pot.

toss in cumin, rye, fennel, fenugreek and jing to it.

Allow to bake for 1 minute and agitate the goons in the wheels.

agitate well and toss in turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, mango ground mix and table salt to it.

agitate all and let it bake for 3 to 4 moments.

After 3 to 4 moments, turn off the gas and accentuate with green coriander.

enjoy Rajasthani Gunday greens with Panchamel Dal and Phulka for dinner.
