  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च सौंफ
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • नमक - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च अमचूर
  • हरा धनिया - थोड़ा

Instructions

To make Rajasthani Gunda greens, first bring to a low-boil the Gunda in a saucepan till it becomes soft with moisture.

agitate well and toss in turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, mango ground mix and table salt to it.

agitate all and let it bake for 3 to 4 moments.

After 3 to 4 moments, turn off the gas and accentuate with green coriander.
