1 inch Ginger - finely chopped

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
Sunflower Oil - for deep frying
1 teaspoon Ginger - grated
3 teaspoon Sweet corn - boiled
2 teaspoon Roasted tomato pasta sauce
2 teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
4 teaspoon Honey - (adjust)
Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - as required

To begin making the Honey Glazed Corn Fritters formula, incorporate the mashed corn, potato, green chili, ginger and seasoning.introduce breadcrumbs to the mixture and roll them into the desired shape.incorporate maida/all-purpose baking flour and moisture into a thin paste. Coat the balls in the baking flour paste and deep sauté them in fat till they are golden brown.bring to temperature a little fat in a Wok and introduce some grated ginger.introduce the boiled corn kernels, tomato gravy, chili gravy and soy gravy and sauté for 5 mins.Then introduce honey and introduce the fried fritters to this gravy and sauté them well for 5 mins till each piece is coated well with the gravy. accentuate with finely minced spring shallot.dish up Honey Glazed Corn Fritters formula alone during tea time as a weekend meals.dish up Honey Glazed Corn Fritters formula during tea time along with a cup of Espresso Coffee.
