1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 Dry Red Chilli - broken
1 sprig Curry leaves
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
3 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
