Ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil
1 sprig curry leaves
4 long garlic - finely chopped
1 inch ginger - finely chopped
1 onion - finely chopped
2 tomatoes - finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
300 grams chicken breast - cut
salt - as per taste
2 cups water
Instructions
