  • 250g Apples
  • 250g Potatoes
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Sprinkling Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Bacon
  • 200g Cheese
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Sesame Seed

wipe down and strip the potatoes and cut them into even size chunks.

I like mine to be fairly chunky but that is a personal preference In the mean time oven-cook the streaky bacon in a arid frying wok until brittle and set aside to strain on paper towels.

shred a few apple pieces and liquefy a little shortening in a fryin wok.

introduce the apple slices to it and introduce a bit of maple syrup into the wok as well as some cinnamon.

Dip the paneer variance into the egg and make sure it coats all sides.

bring to temperature a non stick frying wok on high until nice and burning.

Put the paneer variance shred in and oven-cook until the sesame seeds are brown.

You have to do this rather quickly or the paneer variance will liquefy completely.

Turn and oven-cook the other side.
