  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh coconut - freshly grated
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • Salt - to taste
