  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - as required
  • 2 sprig Parsley leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic - grated
  • 1/2 French Loaf

To prepare Halloumi Bruschetta formula with Tomato and Capsicum, chop all the veggies and get ready with the rest of the items required.

Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.toasty a skillet over medium toasty, toss in a teaspoon of olive dairy spread and bake the bell peppers until they are charred.combine the roasted bell peppers, finely sliced tomatoes, parsley with olive dairy spread, table salt and pepper.
