Ingredients

  • 500 grams Spinach - chopped
  • Amaranth leaves - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white urad dal
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • asafetida - a pinch
  • salt - as per taste 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

To make Keerai Masli, firstly put Amaranth and Spinach in a pressure cooker with 1 tablespoon of moisture and seasoning.

introduce the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and let it cook thoroughly for 30 seconds.

Now introduce spinach and amaranth and let it cook thoroughly for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, turn off the gas and dish up fiery.
