  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • To serve Smoky Aïoli
