500 grams Clams
1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated or dry coconut
1 Onion - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - slit into halves
4 Kokum (Malabar Tamarind)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Instructions

To begin making the Tisrayanche Suke directions, first we will rinse the clams.

First open them into halves using a sharp knife.Then with a knife, lift all the flesh from one shell, and drop it in the other and discard the shell with no flesh.Repeat for all the remaining clams.

Wash them well for 3 to 4 times.Apply turmeric ground mix and keep it aside for 10 moments.In a heavy bottom vessel, introduce these clams, and make on medium high toasty, uncovered for 5 moments, mixing in between.If you feel the clams are too parched, then introduce a tablespoon of moisture.

Usually you don’t require moisture for this.Now introduce coconut, minced onions, slit chillies, red chilli ground mix.

mix gently well.offer Tisrayanche Suke along with Goan Fish Curry and Steamed Rice for a weekday meal with your friends and family.
