  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan, and fill with 1 1/2 cups of moisture, or just below the bottom of the steamer.
