125g Flour
125g Buckwheat Flour
2 Eggs
1 knob Butter
300ml Milk
10g Yeast
1tsp vanilla sugar
To serve Butter
To serve Icing Sugar

toss together the parched leavening agent with some of the luke toasty dairy liquid en agitate until dissolved.

fiery up the poffertjespan and toss in a bit of margarine into each hole.

Fill halfway with mixture and first cook thoroughly one side until you can see the top parched out a little.

Turn the poffertjes around with a small fork and cook thoroughly the other side until cooked and golden brown.

offer the poffertjes with margarine and icing granulated sugar.
