To make Aloo Bonda, prepare all the fixings first.

toasty the coat in a wok.

toss in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter.

After tempering, toss in green peas and agitate it.

After 1 minute toss in mashed potatoes, some moisture and table salt.

toasty on a medium flame for 2 mins.

After this, toss in turmeric dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning, asafoetida, sambar dusting seasoning and coriander dusting seasoning.

agitate and let it toasty.

Keep mashing and culinary preparation till the moisture runs out.

It will take 4 to 5 mins.

Turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool.

After it cools down, make round balls and keep it aside.

Put coat in a wok to toasty.

To make mixture, toss in corn dusting seasoning, gram dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning, garam masala dusting seasoning, asafoetida, culinary preparation soda, table salt and some moisture to a mixture.

Take care not to dilute the solution.

Now put the potato balls in the mixture and coat it well.

After this, transfer it one by one in fiery coat and toasty till it becomes golden from each side.

Place this bond on the kitchen towel so that it absorbs more coat.
