3 Cucumber - peeled and chopped
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
2 Tomatoes - chopped
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - peeled and chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - black pepper powder (as required)
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera) - (roast)
1-1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few sprigs
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - few

To begin with the Kachumber salad, wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces and keep it ready. In a mixing container, combine the minced vegetables-cucumbers, bulb produce, green chilli, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranate seeds and toss together well.
