  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few

Instructions
