  • 1 cup spoon gram flour
  • asafetida - a pinch
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil - coriander - chopped
  • green chili - chopped
  • oil - as per use

Instructions

Wash the bananas and loosen them.

Cut the round pieces and bring to a bubble gently them in liquid for a while.

Now prepare the gram ground mix solution.

For gram ground mix solution, make a paste by mixing a little seasoning, a pinch of turmeric and liquid in the gram ground mix.

Now swirl around the boiled bananas out of the liquid and char them in gram ground mix solution and pot-fry them in fiery cooking oil.
