1 Potato (Aloo) - skin peeled and cubed
1 Onion - sliced
1 Green Chilli
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 inch Ginger - chopped
10 Cashew nuts - boiled in water and ground to a paste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Coconut Oil - for cooking
Salt - to taste
1 Onion - sliced
2 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

To begin making the Kerala Style Chicken Stew method, wash the chicken pieces and cut them to small pieces.
