  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 4 Green Chillies - finely chopped (adjust)
  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped
  • 3 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 4 tablespoon Gram flour (besan) - adjust
  • 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 Lemon - juiced
  • Sunflower Oil - to deep fry

Instructions
