  • 1 Red onion - sliced
  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 4 Sweet piquanté pepper - sliced finely
  • Salt and Pepper - for seasoning
  • Lettuce leaves - as needed
  • 3 tablespoons Feta Cheese
  • Summac - (or lemon zest & salt
