Ingredients

1/2 कप हरी मूंग दाल
1/2 कप चना दाल
1/4 कप अरहर दाल
1/4 कप मसूर दाल
1 प्याज
1/2 कप सफ़ेद उरद दाल
6-8 सुखी लाल मिर्च
1 छोटा चम्मच हींग
2 sprig कढ़ी पत्ता
2 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
1 छोटा चम्मच तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
4 बड़े चम्मच हरा धनिया - काट ले
Instructions
