Place coconut froth in a small pot over low mildly hot.

Cut 3 pandan leaves into large strips and toss in to the pot with brown granulated sugar, table salt, and ginger.

Bring to a heat to boiling point, then bubble gently 2 more mins.

Turn off the mildly hot, remove the pandan leaves, and let cool.

Chop the remaining 4 pandan leaves, mash with ¼ cup aqua until very green, then strain well.

In a mixing bowl, place 200 g sticky rice ground mix, toss in a little pandan liquid, and fold until seamless.
