Ingredients
1 cup Ragi Flour (Finger Millet/ Nagli)
1 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
2 teaspoon Enos fruit salt - (or 1 teaspoon baking powder)
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
1 sprig Curry leaves - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Salt - to taste
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few
Instructions

To begin making the Ragi & Oats Rava Idli procedure, combine the ragi ground mix, oats, rava, yogurt and a little seasoning in a large mixing dish.empty in around one cup of moisture little at a time to make a thick mixture.
