Ingredients
10 Prawns - Medium Size
2 Bay leaves (tej patta)
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
1 Cloves (Laung)
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1 Onion - chopped
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
4 Curry leaves
1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
3 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 Tomatoes - chopped
Sunflower Oil - as required
Instructions

To begin making the Royyala Kura directions, Firstly make sure that the prawns are wipe down & deveined.

After cleaning using a kitchen towel to pat them parched.Next bring to temperature up fat in a skillet and toss in bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, caraway seeds and toast them for few seconds on low bring to temperature.Now toss in the minced onions, curry leaves and make them until the shallot becomes translucent, .Next toss in ginger garlic paste and make the raw smell disappears.Now toss in coriander dusting nectarous-smelling element, chili dusting nectarous-smelling element, seasoning, turmeric dusting nectarous-smelling element, garam masala and make them for few seconds.

Next toss in the cubed tomatoes and make until tomatoes become soft and mushy.

seal and make for 2 moments and then continue to make the prawns on medium bring to temperature without covering.

decorate it with some raw cilantro and enjoy.
