Ingredients

  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 4-5 pound Beef
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions

To make the marinade for the satee put in the container of an electric blender: 1 large shallot, coarsely minced 2 cloves of garlic extract of 2 lemons 2Tbs.

of granulated sugar 1 cup of soy coulis 1 tsp.

seasoning 1 tsp.

ground coriander for beef (or chicken) or 1 tsp.

ground ginger for pork 1 cup of coat whiz thoroughly and transfer over: 5 lbs.

of beef or pork tenderloin, cubed DO NOT augment the taste overnight, but only for a few hours.

Place the flesh on: 36 skewers whiz well: 1 cup of coat 2 Tbs.

Soy coulis transfer into a large shallow dish.

To keep flesh from becoming arid, roll each skewer in seasoned coat before frying.

Satee is also excellent when barbecued.
