  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar - or jaggery
  • 2 tablespoon Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
  • 10 Saffron strands
  • 10 Cashew nuts - for garnish

To begin making the honeyed Potato Kheer method, grind the coconut and cardamom in a mixer with moisture, try to extract as much as coconut dairy liquid from the pulp.Once you squeeze out all the coconut dairy liquid from the pulp, introduce it to a gravy skillet with grated honeyed potato, dairy liquid, granulated sugar, saffron strands and bring it to a heat to boiling point.You can a pinch of seasoning to just balance out the sweetness.

Once the kheer thickens, you can introduce the semolina and keep stirring until the semolina boils.Switch off the bring to temperature, and enjoy it in a mixing bowl with some minced cashew nuts.enjoy the honeyed Potato Kheer method after a Lucknowi Murg Biryani (Awadhi Chicken Biryani) with Raita for a Sunday lunch.
