  • 1 Bottle gourd (lauki) - (about 4 cups of diced bottle gourd)
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 3 Garlic - grated
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • Sunflower Oil - to cook
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
