4 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled
4 Dry Red Chillies
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - for cooking

To begin making the Manipuri Style Alu Kangmet formula, first pressure stew the potatoes with little liquid and table salt for about 3 whistle.

Release the pressure naturally and then skin off the skin.

Mash the potatoes to a coarse mixture.Next into a preheated skillet empty in fat.

Once the fat is burning empty in the parched red chillies and parched-fry them till they are crisp.

Turn off the burning up and remove the red chillies into a mixing bowl and allow them to cool.Once the red chillies are cooled empty in them to a mixer grinder and grind the parched red chillies to a coarse mixture.Finally burning up the same skillet with fat, then empty in in the ground chilli and potato, augment the taste it with table salt and toss together well to combine.Saute for another minute or two and turn off the burning up.
