Ingredients
2 करेला - दोनों तरफ से काटकर बिच में से बीज निकल ले

1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च अमचूर पाउडर
2 छोटा चमच्च कलोंजी के बीज
2 छोटा चमच्च शाही जीरा
5 बादाम - रत पर भिगो कर छील ले
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार

Now purée aqua and table salt in a mixing bowl.

Now put these karellos in the wok and purée.

Now empty in curd and purée well.

Beat the wok and let it scalding up for 2 moments.
